What devices does More TV work on?

More TV will support any Android device: Phones, tablets, Smart TV Boxes, Smart TVs (note that Smart TV must be Android not Web OS).


Will More TV work anywhere in the world?

Yes as long as your broadband speed is 4mb download speed.


When will I receive my subscription code?

Once payment has been processed, your code will be picked and sent via email.
This is a manual system so please allow up to 24 hours to receive your code.
Please always check the Junk, Spam or Promotion folder in your email account as the code may pop into one of those folders.


Is there a contract or Direct Debit payment?

No, MoreTV is a pay as you go app requiring a top up from our website when you want to pay. There is no contract or recurring charges.


Is the payment secure?

Yes we never get card details only payment from our Payment Provider.


How easy is it to use the app?

Visit the "How it Works" section on our website for simple tutorial videos on how to use the app.


Will one subscription work on multiple devices?

No a subscription code will only work on the first device it is input into for the duration of that subscription.


Can you guarantee channels will never cut out?

How much internet data does More TV use?

MoreTV’s HD video streams consume approximately 1GB for 1 hour’s viewing.


Can I record with More TV?

While there is no recording facility with the app, a Catch Up TV service will soon be available on certain channels.


Trouble Shooting

I input the code and it is saying Invalid Code or Subscription Failed. Just click out of the app and open it again and the code should kick in automatically.

Why is it asking for a 4 digit code?

Go to our website and click on "How it Works" then click on the tutorial for parental control.


The channel menu not coming up for me

Make sure the mouse function is turned off on the control you are using, click the OK button to get the menu up on the screen, then use the control arrows to navigate around the app.

What happens if I need to reset my device?

Download the app again and the subscription should kick in automatically. If not just email us directly and we will sort it.
